Has anyone used the Boss BR1200 CD digital recording studio. I've used the
BR1180 CD both version 1 & 2 but cannot get radio quality CD's from it. It's recorded correctly within limits and is mixed to the mastering stage correctly. The pre-set mastering is O.K. but when I've sent recordings to radio stations I get a " great song but not radio quality recording ' response. I would like to know what to do to get this "radio quality " and does the BR1200 have the right tools for this job before I purchase one. Thanks in advance G :-) |

Thanks in advance G :-) Don't the Boss units record 16bit 44.1khz? That's CD quality. Certainly better than FM broadcast quality. |

Certainly better than FM broadcast quality. They certainly do but it's the recording side of things that are getting questioned by the radio "heads" |
