D'oh! It seems my earlier post about the spike and rounded wavefrom on the
actively balanced program outputs can be ignored. Looks like 200-600 ohms of load will clean things right up (though much lower R and it gets a tad worse). Don't know why I didn't check this out earlier. I guess I thought the balance trim circuit would have been enough load but apparently not.
