I've purchased a 4 channel amp, going to be used to power 4 6x8 speakers. I
haven't bought the speakers yet, but that's question 2. Anyway, I have no
idea what a Gain is, nor how to adjust it. What are the basics in figuring
out what to do?

Number two:
The amp I bought is 40w x 4 @ 4 ohms RMS. I know this isn't going to be
rocking the house, but do you have any recommendations on speakers? I was

I know they'll sound better than the stocks that are in there now.
