I'm looking for a DirectX plugin to do multiband dynamics (in
CEP/Audition 1.5); I'll describe what I *don't* like about the two I've tried and hopefully someone can suggest one that would suit me better: db Audioware "dB-M": I downloaded the (fully-functioning) demo. It's intuitive, but maybe a bit too simple. It only appears to do hard limiting. Sonic Foundry: This came bundled with my copy of CD Architect. The filter controls are odd and it's not fully compatible with Autition/CEP: Only 2 of the 4 bands actually do anything. (All 4 work when it's plugged in to CD Arch.) |
