Default Ongoing problem - Need Ideas

I need to fix my setup. The subs work whenever they want to.
The green amp light is blinking really fast and the red light is on.
And sometimes, a cracking noise (like something sparking), comes out o
my speakers, I noticed the green light on my amp blinks whenever tha
sound is produced. Also when it does all this, if i move around th
RCA's on my amp with my fingers, sometimes everything starts working.

I've sent my amp for repair 2x - no problems found
The ground is fine
Tried new RCAs
RCAs aren't near the + wires

Any ideas
