Default Is there such a thing as just paying an installer to install your stuff?

Initially, I had intended to buy about half my gear from the shop who was
also going to do the entire install. However, as time went on, I found
wonderful deals on some great gear and now I am down to only needing my
speakers before doing the install.

After alot of listening, I now have my choices down to MBQ QSD216s and Focal
Utopia 165Ws. I approached the shops who sell these speakers and explained
that I needed a good price for these speakers and also for doing the entire
install, and they both lost me when their speaker prices were double the
pricing from dependable companies on Ebay. I got a $949 plus tax for the
MBQs and $880 plus tax for the Focals. Those same speakers sell every day on
Ebay, unauthorized, for $539 and $495 respectively.

So... now I am wondering if these shops will do install without the owner
buying anything off them at all?

Has anyone just found and paid an installer to only do the install?
Thanks for your help!
