My friend would'a snapped it up (is it a recorder?) - he put out one of
his records on with an 8-track option (CD, LP & 8-track), and had to dub on
a single deck. Would'a been a nice gift to the loon.
BTW, some 8-track recorders had a perfectly usable set of 8-track 1/4"
heads... Turn that useless Ampex 440 into an 8-tracker...
