Hi all,
I am now in the middle of planing a box to my new SPL's SPLW-12 sub. I try very hard to stick to the manuals specs' and recommendations (volume, port size....) but i cannot seem to find a way to do so. there are some physical parameters that i cannot change which are the external diameter of the sub, its depth, the box volume (recommended by SPL) and the port's dimentions (they recommend 2 ports of 4" in diameter and 16.75" of length). any recommendations any one? what happens if i double the volume (i dont have area problems)? thanks every one. yol. |
