I am looking for a good installer to overhaul / help me with my car
stereo. I live in Claremont, about 30 miles east of L.A.

I am having a lot of noise in my system, even after 4 visits to local
shops. I have new components (MTX Thunderform subwoofer, Infinity &
Lanzaar speakers, Kenwood amp) except I still have a factory head
unit. I want someone to overhaul my system, possibly redo wiring,
check ground. Hope to avoid a lot of filters and distortion. I guess
I may need a new head unit as well. My system sounds quite poor, even
after a big investment of money and time. I can't even listen to AM
radio now, without a lot of clicks and hisses! I almost wish I'd
never touched it.

And when I turn on the ignition, it sounds like a bomb went off! Any
idea what causes this?
