Where can I get libraries for Protel for windows(PCB design software)
containing footprints of tube bases.

OK, for starters, I've put an Autotrax B9A footprint (you can import
into Protel for Windoze) at :
http://homepages.kcbbs.gen.nz/moby/B9A.PCB

(BTW they're quite easy to make in Traxedit and save as library
components, so I guess its the same in PFW)

Thanks , I will wait for your email. The libraries are not available
for downloading on the link mentioned by you, they say that may be
next year they will release a CD on which they will put these
libraries
