Default Challenger amps?

I found an old Challenger amplifier at my local waste transfer station
(dump). The model is a CH30. It looks pretty cool. Does anyone have any
information about it or know of any books/places where I can learn more?

That's a Bogen amp, or Lear Seigler, or whoever owned 'em last. I used to

take care of a couple dozen Bogen pa amps in the seventies, I may have a
schemo in the file, I'll take a look. They were pretty much commercial PA
amps, not really hifi. I remember lashing up a couple of MO100's for stereo
a few years back, the bass was memorable but overall the sound was rather
second rate.
I'd put it on ebay, or maybe use it as a foundation for a gtr amp.
/regards,
Tom

Try bogen sites - a pretty straight-forward amp, if i'm thinking of the
right one... Don't have the schematics on this 'puter box, but they *do*
exist on line somwhere. nice, simple amp.
Have fun,
