Sorry to be the voice of skepticism, but Mr. DePalma claims to be the
inventor of a free energy machine:
http://depalma.pair.com/Absurdity/Ab...reeEnergy.html
He says,
"In this world of contemporary times, all the agencies, CIA, FBI, KGB, NSA,
Electric Power Research Institute, DARPA, Brookings Institution, Henry
Kissinger, Edward Teller, et al., all are aware of DePalma and his ideas.
Because these individuals and institutions are employed by the ruling elite
to forecast the future and satisfy present needs and demands, it is clear
that free energy is a threat to the world order constructed by business and
the mindset of those who want to own the world."

DePalma is a nut.

I don't know what his level of nuttyness is, but his paper on amplifiers
is an excellent example of what not to do and yet he manages to do it on
so many levels and all at once.

Nest we come to his circuit design skills which also leave a lot to be
desired. He might actually be able to make a positive contribution to the
field of electronics if he went to school and took some classes. His
minimalist parts philosophy has so much going against it that it is nearly
impossible to know where to start with constructive criticism. The
easiest way is to simply provide a URL that explains an proper op-amp
circuit. A proper discrete transistor design is more involved than one
utilizing an op-amp.

http://www.geofex.com/circuits/what_..._parts_for.htm

I would caution anyone from actually building any of his designs and
connecting them to speakers that they care about. Damage or destruction
of the speakers is imminent and certain.
