Given the overall positive comments here, I ordered a couple of JJ tubes
from Triode Electronics over a week ago (13 August).

Apart from a confirmatory email ("You will recieve another email when your
order has been shipped"), I've heard nothing since.

In my experience, most online sellers despatch in a day or so, or advise if
there's a supply problem.

Is this normal with Triode?
