This reminds me of the TV show i saw recently. It was on the caravans
of camels these Arabs still run across the desert. The camels are
burdened with cargo attached by straps, and the straps or ropes cut
into the hide of the camel leaving big wounds. What they do to keep the
camel from getting its wounds infected, sepsis, and death is
interesting.

They get a big pile of camel ****. Camel **** apparently is dry right
after it's produced because the camel recovers the water efficiently.
It will burn almost immediately. They start a fire and heat a curved
iron in the camel**** fire, and cauterize the camel's wounds with this
smoking iron.

The camel howls in pain. Could this be the key to comprehending the
emanations of the Kroomel? Are the communications he posts similar to
the cauterized camel protesting the painful but necessary treatment?

For years, we have been instructed that Winamp whips the llama's ass,
but nowhere does it say they cauterize the camel. Perhaps his
insistence on the benchworthiness of PC hardware, his desire to get
people ABXing their hardware, and other mysterious but horrific sounds
is related to the Winamp phenomenon.

Like ancient astronauts, this theory remains tantalizingly plausible
yet frustratingly untestable. It's sure to give observers cause to
speculate for a long time, however.
