Im new to this group but i think this would be the right place for
professional help!

I just bought a new car stereo from a friend of mine (stupid enough to trust
the dopey) after getting it installed i tried to insert a cd , the stereo
would pull the cd in but would get stuck on something (it keeps trying). I
checked to see if maybe there was a cd in there but alas there wasnt
anything. Im thinking it could be that the rotation motor is in the dropped
position and wont go back up , i tried resetng but at no avail .

was wondering if anyone knew how this could be fixed , i would like to know
how hard before i tear it out of my dash.

Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.
