The 23.5 amp is a superb power amp. I've owned the 23 and a 27.5 which are
both similar,
and I've borrowed a 23.5. Can't speak to the 28 preamp, but I've owned a
Levinson
ML-1, 26 and currently a 380S preamp all of which are excellent. If anyone
is in the
market for a quality power amp at a non-stratospheric price this is a good
one.
