Default Anyone know a source for SRAM?

Thought this might be a good place to ask since alot of synthesisers use
them to store patches..

TIA

SRAM is a pretty generic term. What part numbers? How long since it
was manufactured or in common use? There's been a lot of different
SRAM's made over the past two or three decades, as well as a lot of
different synthesizers.
There are sources such as digikey.com though they won't have
anything that's not currently manufactured. There may be surplus
places that do have NOS, but it would be hit-and-miss unless you find
one that specializes in old semiconductors. Google on the part number
and see what comes up.

For trying to find SRAM, but you didn't give info on its size, spec and ref
No,
try a used components /memory chip dealer at a computer fair near you who
must have some left-overs or knows of somebody who did/does.
