Hello folks, yet another question, anyone know of ANY Portable HD based
MP3 player that has a wireless remote available for it? I've curently
got a Creative Nomad Jukebox and it has an IR port on it but the
firmware never has turned this on I'm told. Something similar to this
would be nice but with a wireless remote for when I'm home. Getting
LAZY as I get older, I remember the days when you HAD to get up to
change the channel on the TV and even occassionally use Vicegrip to
change the channel ;-) Watched the Moon landing in B&W on an ancient
Console with built in Stereo ;-)

Hey,

the IR port does work for the Jukebox 3. which I assume is what you
have
there is a program for the Palm. I believe i got it from nomadness.net
Have a look there. It's works ok - apart from the volume controls -
you could play around and program it further.

sorry if you don't have a palm and the JB3. but if you do a basic palm
are pretty cheap anyways.

I have an ancient Palm III but only an original Jukebox, just got a
Jukebox 2 but no IR on that one.
