I'm in the market for a preamp - processor. My
minimum requirements a

* discrete 5.1 inputs - or better, as long as
they are backward compatible with my current
5.1 speaker setup

* 3 digital coax inputs

* 2 digital optical inputs

* DTS, Dolby Digital 5.1 or better, backwards
compatibility with Dolby Pro Logic

* analog line level inputs


The NAD T163 seems to be close to this but it
includes a tuner, which I would prefer to avoid.

Who are the other players in this category?

Arcam FMJ AV8. Maybe Rotel, Denon, Yamaha?
