Do they advertise in Toiletophile?
Did you do a proper, flush matched DBT before making this purchasing
decision?

They claim to be the world's largest toilet manufacturer.
Undoubtedly, your decison was based upon your need
to acquire the world's largest toilet.

What does "all rights reserved" mean

Inability to interpret a common English phrase noted.

Obviously, all I'm doing is reserving whatever rights I may deserve. I'm not
stating what they are. For example, I'm not reserving a reader's ability to
save my web page on his hard drive for future reference, or the purpose of
performance caching, or to attach to email, or to use as part of a proper
footnote.

FWIW my entire www.pcavtech.com web site has been bootlegged. It was
translated into Chinese and replicated on a web server in China.

Man! What a website! What an epitome of incompetence!

So tell us arnold, old boy, did them chinese copy also the exquisite
artwork?? The choice of colors at the disclaimer page:
http://www.pcavtech.com/disclaimer.htm .. The colors with the "image"
: http://www.pcavtech.com/bar_logo.gif Try to read some text at :
http://www.pcavtech.com/techtalk/DR/index.htm or
http://www.pcavtech.com/techtalk/SNR/index.htm .. Excellent choice of
background image. ............................etc!

And then come the 404's.

http://www.pcavtech.com/adc-dac/index.htm
http://www.pcavtech.com/soundcards/links/index.htm
http://www.pcavtech.com/techtalk/com...tual/index.htm
http://www.pcavtech.com/techtalk/DR/index.htm
..............etc!

The funniest bit is this : "Website *Art Direction*!! by" ...

Wonder how them chinese translated the 404's?

That is not what it means.
What it means is that ALL rights are reseved except for those which you have
specifically given away, which you do in other areas of that site. The
reason you can't restrict someone from 'saving a piece on a computer for
future referance' is that you have given away that right by posting it.
There is no way to read it without using that technology. Similarly, you are
not charged with infringing rights when you load legally obtained music on a
MP3 player, because that is how it needs to be used. The same applies to
your previous argument about iPod music store. That music that is sold on
that site comes with an understood agreement that it can be used with the
'System' of iTunes, and that includes burning it on CD. However, if someone
were to copy your site in total, and post it someplace else on the web, then
you would have a case of copyright infringement. The fact that your stuff
has been translated into chinese without your permission is indeed a reason
to go after a lawsuit. I suppose that is what you mean.

Delusions of mind-reading noted.

That *is* what I mean. Try reading my response again to see how it really
means the same thing.
