We use a professional grade machine to remove surface scratches from
your disc making it once again readable. In most cases you will not be able to tell the difference from a repaired disc and a new one. As long as your CD is not damaged on the label side or cracked, our resurfacing process will restore it to it's original optical clarity, or there is no charge to you. To check on whether your CD or DVD is cracked, hold it up in front of a bright light. If you are able to see light through the disc, the digital information stored on the disc has been damage, and the disc cannot be repaired. Warped discs also cannot be repaired. We cannot restore data that is lost due to damage to the foil data layer, although minor damage often does not prevent the disc playing back perfectly after repair. We offer a no charge assessment service for all discs. Discs that have manufacturer defects cannot be repaired. These include pinhole damage and birefringence (imperfections in the reflective surface). Over time, the reflective surface can also deteriorate due to oxidation and heat damage, making the disc unreadable. Cracks, chips, and dents are not repairable, nor is chemical damage to the label side of the disc. Our work is guaranteed. If we can not fix it you do not pay. If interested please use the link below to take a look at our prices. Our prices are negotiable depending on your volume.
