Hey, shouldn't we be running our VST instruments through a decent stereo mic
pre/channel strip? Like Neve, Avalon or UA or the likes?

It just seems they are so sterile inside the PC -- they never leave the
digital domain. What's the best way to do this? Should I use a dedicated
PC for VST instruments, going into the converters of the "tracking" PC?
