Default ProTools LE - is Beat Detective included?

I'm thinking of buying an additional ProTools system for my studio. I
now run a TDM system Mix 24 with 2 DSP cards and a Mix core.

I do a lot of editing, which is time consuming, and I might do that on
another system somewhere else, and let the band continue recording in
the studio, while I edit stuff.

But is Beat Detective for instance included in LE? This is sometimes
useful for very heavy editing...

Thanks

There's supposed to be a version of Beat Detective included with PTLE
6.7, which comes out at the end of the month. It hasn't been included in
previous versions.

It'll be a stereo only version.
