Mackie Spike, 4 inputs?
Anyone know if the Mackie Spike lets you use 2 line inputs at the same time
as the mic inputs to record onto 4 separate tracks like the Lex Omega does? The website doesn't make this clear but in calling it a 2-channel interface it implies it doesn't. It also isn't clear if it uses USB2. I'd have thought if it can handle 96k this must be the case, but then it presumably would have the bandwidth for 4 simulaneous inputs (maybe at 44/48k only) if it were designed to. |

Mackie spends $50 on marketing for every dollar on product development, no way they neglected to mention 4-channel recording capability. |
