will a 2000 cavilar stock cd/am/fm radio plug into a 2003 cav that
had a stock am/fm radio? will it fit? will the wireharness work?
will their be issues with the antitheft syatem in the 2000 cdplayer?

My name is not paul...

but I do know the answer.

Yes....a 03 cav cd player will mount and connect with
a 00 cav dash and wiring harness.

But....you will have to take it to a chevy dealer and have
the VIN number changed inside the 03 radio. It will
not match the 00 Body Control Module. (BCM)
A dealer will use a tool called a Tech2 and charge you
about $80 for the reprograming.

Good Luck.

i am afraid i may not have been very clear.......

i own a 2003 cav ... i want to put a 2000cav cdplayer in my 2003
cav.

i think you answered my question under the assumption that i am
putting a 03 into a 00.... it is a 00 going into a 03.
