will a stock cd/am/fm radio from an 00 model fit in my 03? will
there be zero hassle? will it fit.....wire harness plug in....etc

The 2000 and 2003 models use the same plug. You might want to check with a
dealer and see if there's any difference in the data bus system that runs
through the radio.

To quothe a colleague from the IML, "if it don't fit, shove it".

Most GM radios will fit into other GM cars with a simple bracket swap.
In your case, unless the 2003 is radically different (doubtful), it'll
plug right up, harness, antenna, bracket and all.
