I wonder how much lower bit rates those MP3 HDs can play. Can they go down
to 16kbps? Also, can they resume from where you stopped before when you
turn it on again? (I think I asked and got only a few answers - Thank you
for those who answered before). I want to listen audio lectures (not music).
