Default Coustic Amp For this Setup? Help Please?

Hey everybody,

just wanted to know if a Coustic 480QE amp would be sufficient to drive
100wrms rated splits (rockfords) for the front and a single 12" Sub ????

Here are the specs of the amp:
Rated Power@ 14.4V (0.1%THD) 4 Ohm Stereo 4 x 60 Watts
Rated Power @ 14.4V (0. 1 % THD) 2 Ohm Stereo 4 x 120 Watts
Rated Power@ 14.4V (0.2% THD) 4 Ohm Mono 2 x 240 Watts

I am quite new to this and pretty thick about all this RMS and Ohm business.

Basically does anybody know of a newbie guide that explains what sort of
power u need for what sort of speakers?

Thank
Andrew

Would anything be underpowered do you think or is it pretty good. Im not
looking at playing music at unberably high volume levels or anything.
