Audiophile USB Problems!!

Hi,

I just got an M-Audio Audiophile USB and I installed it correctly and
stuff, but when audio plays on my computer now, the volume is really
low. The output level is up all the way, and so is the stereo that it
is connected to. Anyone have any ideas before I return this thing? :P
