Hello,
I have the opportunity to buy an intact mid-60's recording studio and small pressing plant. I'm having some trouble trying to figure out what would be a fair offer for the pressing equipment. Here's the inventory: 2 semi-automatic Finebuilt presses, 1 extruder, cutters, boiler, central hydraulic system, air compressor and steam table. The equipment was working and in use up until about 10 years ago when the owner got out of the business. The original owner is willing to train me how to use the equipment and I would not be moving it from its present location. I'm not looking to resell this equipment. I'm just trying to factor it into the worth of the building and recording equipment. thanks in advance for any advice, Bill |
