Default Studio construction opportunity

I have been selected to present proposals for a studio going into a
home in the midwest. The house itself will be approximately 53,000
square feet, and the studio will be one of the recreational
possibilities for the owner.

My background in project management in a completely different field
has given me the ability to quote in standard terms. However, I'd
appreciate some anecdotes from the folks here, with quotes others have
done, standard consultant rates, possible problems to consider, etc.
This is truly a project from the ground up, and will include all
construction and electrical needs, HVAC, training, and equipment. All
is to be done in a boutique fashion.

It's kind of a fun opportunity, and I'd like to make the most of it.
Thanks in advance!
