I have just purchased one of these midi controllers and would like to
start playing, however I am a midi newbie :-)

Would anyone out there be able to send me a copy (scanned, PDF,
images) of the manual and midi implementation chart (if applicable).

I have contacted Roland to order this - but that may take up to 3
weeks. I would like to get some play time in before that.
