Default power wire question

I realized something the other night when I was putting in a new circuit
breaker in my car. I have a 200 A circuit breaker on the battery in the
engine bay and then it goes to 0 gauge wire to another battery in the trunk.
Even if the 200A breaker trips there will still be juice running down the 0
gauge wire. Can I just add another circuit breaker in the trunk on the
second battery or is the voltage drop of a circuit breaker quite a bit more
than a fuse? If it is I will just try to find a cheap 0 gauge fuse holder
(yeah right) otherwise I will just add another breaker. The breaker has an
AUX and BAT side. on the second battery I just mount it the same as the
front correct? BAT to the battery and the AUX side to the main input feed or
will this not work?
Thanks

In my experience, fuses tend to be more reliable anyway. But yes, you need
something there.
