Cheers, I've been using N-Track for about a year now for some simple
projects, and I just started using the T-Racks stand-alone mastering unit. when I process a single mono wav file it works fine, but when I try to process a complete stereo mixed wav file, which is how this processor is most desirable to me, the file size jumps up from like 33 meg (3 minute song) to 650 meg when the process is done! It's almost like it's processing all the individual files together or something but I don't see how that could be...I've checked with some people on the preferences on the t-racks, and they're OK... A song that's 3 minutes shows up as 1 hour in the t-racks window once it's imported...it makes no sense to me...many times the file won't even play... FWIW, all my files are 16 bit, and also no other mastering or processing has been done to the stereo file, as they say it's best that way for the t-racks to work...I'm using windows XP home, echo MIA MIDI soundcard...any info you gentlemen might have is greatly appreciated!
