You do love to be able to speak your mind about any and all issues, but you think the United States' minimalist government is too intrusive. You hate the ACLU, whose bravery against the resistance of entrenched powers has often protected the civil rights expressly granted by the Constitution. Finally, and might I say somewhat surprisingly, you are a full-time recipient of government disability payments and other benefits. I did not know that. Is this true, McKelvy? If so, hasn't all your pontificating been a tad hypocritical? So my question for you is this: Are you in therapy for your mental problems? |

![]() "George M. Middius" wrote in message ... It's been a while since you spilled your cockamamie political fantasies on RAO. I'd like to take this opportunity to recap a few of them, and then follow up with a question about your motivations. You are against virtually all government, Unneccessary government. all taxation, etc. Forced taxation. You call yourself a "libertarian" but, as we all know, you are actually a Luddite. We? You got a mouse in your pocket? That is to say, ignorant, fearful of enlightenment, and actively engaged in resisting progress. None of the above. I don't fear enlightenment, I welcome it. It's the left that keeps recycling the same old tired bull**** that obviously doesn't work and seems mainly geared to dividing people. You especially hate welfare and other forms of government largesse. Because the government shouldn't be rewarding failure with other people's money. You do love to be able to speak your mind about any and all issues, but you think the United States' minimalist government is too intrusive. I don't think a budget inthe trillions qualifies as minimalist. You hate the ACLU, whose bravery against the resistance of entrenched powers has often protected the civil rights expressly granted by the Constitution. Sometimes I think they've done some very good things, just as often they seem to be on a quest to show how much they can get average Americans to hate them. Finally, and might I say somewhat surprisingly, you are a full-time recipient of government disability payments and other benefits. I am? How will ever pay for that new roof I just had done? Try as I might, I haven't been able to rationalize the insincere-sounding posturing in which you engage on the subject of welfare with your greedy grasping of every nickel of public money you can lay your arthritic little hands on. So my question for you is this: Are you in therapy for your mental problems? Are you? You obviously need it more than I do. |
