Up for auction are brand new Otari 1" 8-track RECORD and PLAYBACK heads.
These are being auctioned separately in the following two auctions.

These heads came out of an Otari MTR90 head assembly that was never used. I
brought them to JRF Magnetic Sciences and had John French inspect them. He
verified that they are brand new.

I am also auctioning a Scully 280 1/4-inch 2-track head assembly in good

I tested these heads and they are in good working order. I also brought the
assembly to JRF Magnetic Sciences and had John French inspect it. John felt
that the there was plenty of life left in these heads. The
wear pattern on record and play is good. The erase head should be rotated
slightly to the left to engage the tape better.

USA winner pays actual shipping cost. Overseas buyer pays actual shipping
cost plus a $10.00 handling fee to cover time and effort to deal with
paperwork, etc.
