Default Tubes & vinyl go together?

Is there a significant percentage of individuals who listen only to CDs with
tube equipment, and other who listen to vinyl only with solid state
equipment?

Why? There's no rationale, as far as I can observe.
I use both LPs and CDs, and both SS and tubes, depending on my mood
and the kind of music I want to hear at a particular moment.
