Guardian Calls For Bush To Be Assassinated
After their election-influencing intercontinental letter-writing scheme
spectacularly backfired, the liberal UK Guardian rag advocates an assassination attempt on President Bush: "On November 2, the entire civilised world will be praying, praying Bush loses. And Sod's law dictates he'll probably win, thereby disproving the existence of God once and for all. The world will endure four more years of idiocy, arrogance and unwarranted bloodshed, with no benevolent deity to watch over and save us. I'm sure you'd be equally amused if Ann Coulter or Pat Buchanan wrote an article advocating the assassination of Jacques Chirac, no? I found the rmark to be in the same tone as the column.
