Can you recommend a patchbay in the mid/low price range?

Im looking for:
Balanced
connections on back and front
All 1/4 plugs
ability to switch to various modes without removing from rack
can you lable these things.

I would just buy new from MF or somewhere you might recommend along with a
load of patch cables.

Any thoughts appreciated
