Default TO3P socket to a TO3 Test Meter

How can I attach a TO3P device to the TO3 socket on my MOSFET testing
meter?

Is there a way to make a fixture into which the 3 pins on the TO3P can
plug and which has output pins to match a TO3 socket?

The Hitachi TO3P 2SK1056/2SJ160 are mostly identical to the old TO3
2SK134/2SJ49 MOSFETs. But, how to test the newer TO3P devices using the
nice TO3 test meter I have here?

Thanks...............
