Bose will be pleased to empty to your wallet.

They have an excellent marketing department.

Bose also make plastic radios.

And then send them to Howard Ferstler, D.D. S. (Ding Dong School) for a
thorough evaluation. If he doesn't like them or thinks they are overpriced, he
will advise you on wrecking ball stores in your area.

Thanks,

I went to go hear this system. All I have to say is WOW this is Sh@t. I
could not believe how crappy this was. The salesman kept telling me that my
ears where whacked. All I could do is laugh.

I heard Paradigm Mini Monitors and Monitor 5 plus the Paradigm 350 for the
center. Much nicer. Denon amp and a Denon DVD. I still have money left.

Sounds like you figured it out yourself, with your own ears.

"I went to go hear this system. All I have to say is WOW this is Sh@t. I
could not believe how crappy this was. The salesman kept telling me that my
ears where whacked. All I could do is laugh."

Then you then did another good, logical thing:

"I heard Paradigm Mini Monitors and Monitor 5 plus the Paradigm 350 for the
center. Much nicer. Denon amp and a Denon DVD. I still have money left."

Go forth and do good things!

Thanks Alex.

That was the worst demo of a system i have ever heard. All the salesmen
thought I was crazy. I went somwhere else.

Paradigm makes decent midrange stuff that does what it's
supposed to do. Glad you are happy

I bought one of these systems and didnt pay the MRSP and I was even in
the UK where i need the dual votlage region free system Bose Lifestyle
48.
I went to www.pinnaclesound.com and they had both regular voltage and
dual votlage region 2 Lifestyle 48 systems for substantially lower
prices.

$3399 for the reg usa version and $3899 for the dual votlage version.

I have LOVED my ssystem and it is PERFECT for my applications. Who
wants to have large muddy boomy speaker in a house when you can have 5
little jewel cubes and one sub whihc is pounding bass out through out
the house..

Also why would anybody pay full retail for this system when they can
get it online for up to 50% off retail prices and shipped to their door
in under 3 days... WITH a store warranty (which is better then the BOSE
warranty?)

All those Bose bashers need to also think about the application and
other usages since the sound difference is minimal at best from
something at the same price but 5 times larger...

My two bits...

Dont pay $3999 for this when you can get one at pinnaclesound . com for
$3399. They will get it to you in 3 days and their warranty is BETTER
then the Bose factory warranty..

There are smaller speakers out there that sound better.
KEF makes a nice set, and so do a few others.

OTOH, 2-3 inch speakers are completely ineffective for
surrounds sound use.

You have issues buddy, serious issues, how is getting a good deal a rip
off?
The only rip off is the prices Bose charges for their systems. As for
better sound, I am happy and good times...
