Default Good bookshelf speakers recommendation

I have a 600W Panasonic Surround Sound system in my 12x13 home office. I
would like to replace the front cubes with a pair of bookshelf speakers.
I have tentatively narrowed my choices down to the Polk Monitor30BK at
$200/pr and the Infinity Primus 150BKS at $200/pr. I'm not necessarily
stuck on these, and I haven't heard either. But that's the price range
for me, and they're reputable brands. Is anyone familiar with these
speakers or able to recommend another speaker in $200/- price range with
100W capability? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you are refering to his speakers all one has to do is listen to them to
question them.

People whose opinion I value have strongly recommended the Paradigm
Titan at the same price.

Something used. My favorite are Tannoy M/MX series in this
price-range. Good, clean sound without any major compromises.
