Default Angels In America

I just watched this superb TV mini series. Great stuff, but I have some
questions:

* In the opening sequence, a camera is flown over several US cities (St
Louis, San Francisco and NYC). These cities don't look quite right. Is the
sequence CG?

* AZT is mentioned in the series, which is set in 1985. I don't recall that
AZT was spoken about so early in the progression of the AIDS disease. I
thought AZT became available much later (around 1990). Any clues?

Hi Trevor,

You only just watched this? It was on the ABC ages ago. I will agree
it was an "interesting" mini-series with some bizarre bits. The
special effects I thought were quite good but what I want to know is
where the writers got the idea that angels had eight (8) vaginas??? I
certainly don't recall being told about this in Sunday School ;-)

The mind boggles.

Regards TT

BTW I that about AZT as well when I watched it.

Artists gave them wings, writers gave them eight vaginas. Who needs
God anyway?

**There is no God.

The bees told me.
