Sorry in advance if this double-posts. My son has been trying for a
couple days to install a Pioneer DEH 1600 in his '99 Ford Escort. He mentioned something about there might be a factory installed amp that he's not aware of? If anyone can help with this or any other info on what the problem may be, I'd sure appreciate it. TIA, Lorraine |

Look under the drivers seat, if there is larger black box there...that's the
