Default Makamichi 430 fm tuner

I'd like to know who's able to repair and align these critters. Mine
produces a 120 hz hum after it's been running twenty minutes or so, and a
proper tweeking from antenna to audio out is in order. thanks.

I think maybe power supply caps etc should be checked first.
