I bought this TEAC 6010SL reel-to-reel tape deck
over the net about a month or so ago. I used it to transfer a bunch of old (1960's) tapes to CD using my PC. I got over a dozen wonderful CDs of old music and comedy. Now I'm done. I no longer need this deck. It worked great for me. Played stuff off more than a dozen tapes of varying ages. I even recorded stuff from PC to tape just to ensure it worked. It's big. Really big. And weighs maybe 50 pounds. I do not want to ship it! I'm looking for suggestions for how to "unload" this beast locally (er, yes, here is Durham North Carolina) without actually having to junk it. Suggestions?? chuck |
