Default Old Teac Tape Deck problem

Hi all. I have an old Teac CX400 three head tape deck that I use rarely.
The last time I used it, rewind was very slow and starting a tape for
playback was slow too at first but picked up to speed in a second or so. I
would guess that this is a problem with belts and/or lubrication. Would
belts be available for a machine this old, and if so, where would I find
them? Also, is lack of lubrication a possible issue? I'd like to keep
using this deck as it has microphone inputs. I've had very bad luck with
the local stereo repair shop, so I don't want to go there.

Thanks for any help,
Spudston
