I ran across this device that converts pc audio to analog,
with USB to rca connectors and was wondering is anyone familiar with any
other manufacturers doing this kind of product?

They have a couple of models one just basic analog stereo outputs and the
other has digital and analog out.

There are many USB audio interfaces these days. Edirol, TASCAM, and
M-Audio just to name a few over on the pro-audio or MI side of the
house. Go to a music store that has an audio department and you'll
find some there, even Guitar Center.
