Default Amplifier chassis source

If you don't want to just go via Allied Electronics and order Hammond or
Bud, consider purchasing what you need off EBay -- in particular some of the
more "vintage" analog power supplies from HP, Kepco, Lambda, Systron Donner
can be salvaged for their power transformers, meters and excellent metal
craft. Here's a link to pix of some which I am pressing into service:

You can also take advantage of the glut in Telecom equipment and buy used
Lucent and Cisco routers and switches in 19" rack panel versions. These
often come with a couple DC-DC converters which are too noisy for audio use,
but have other applications.

I am trying to find a source for a 19" rackmount chassis suitable for
building an audio amplifier.
It would be great if it already had heat sinks for the power amp devices,
but that is not necessary.
Any pointers ?

might be worth looking at, if 2U would do it for you.
