AR Rock Partners Speakers
AR Rock Partners Speakers, $119 pr
Image: http://members.aol.com/KDresch/ar-rock.html Here are some really cool AR Rock Partner speakers. These remind me of the AR-18's in a monitor version. They are triangular shaped and look like the monitors you would find on stage - but these are for home stereo use. They use an acoustic suspension 8" woofer with a small 1.25" cone tweeter. The cabinets are black vinyl. I just expertly replaced the foam on the woofers. These tested out great. They have a nice solid bass and clear highs. AR made some high quality speakers in the past and these are from that period. These examples have some minor wear but are overall in very nice condition. Original grills are only show a little wear. The original drivers are in perfect shape. No damage to tweeter dust cap. These Listed for $300 from 1986 - current, only $119 pr plus shipping. (28lbs net, 38lb gross pr.)
